The Reno
Out Now
The Reno is a grumpy-sunshine rom-com perfect for fans of Tessa Bailey and Talia Hibbert, sprinkled with the charmingly nosy neighbors you’d expect in Gilmore Girls.
Love wasn’t in the plan…
When self-proclaimed flop Kat Williams moves miles north to Everly Heath to refurbish her late father’s childhood home, she thinks it will be a quick fixer-upper. A bit of paint, some new carpet, then she’ll sell, make a profit, and get back to her life in London.
She isn’t going to address her lingering resentment towards her dad, the stupidly quaint northern town, or her charming extended family. No, Kat is determined to be sensible and focused, just like her mum.
And under no circumstances will she let her ADHD goblin distract her.
Except that nothing is going according to plan. The whole house is falling apart and despite being a first-time homeowner, Kat is now homeless. Determined to make the renovation a success and prove her mother wrong, Kat enlists the help of grumpy local builder, Liam.
Liam might be the town’s golden child, and reliable to a fault, but to Kat, he is just argumentative, stubborn, and annoyingly hot.
As sparks fly over faulty wiring, Kat finds herself developing an inconvenient attraction to the stubborn builder. When Liam confesses the attraction is mutual, Kat immediately throws up her defenses, determined to keep things casual between them.
Liam, however, has other plans.
